How long are the events? The events are approximately one hour long. Time is left at the end for Q&A.
Are the events remote or in-person? All our events are remote, giving your organization the flexibility to have everyone participate from their own locations or come together at your venue. This ensures accessibility and convenience for all attendees.
What technology is needed? We deliver all our events on Zoom. We can provide you with a Zoom link to give to your attendees, or we're happy to join your Zoom if you have one!
How much is an event? Prices vary depending on amount of bookings. Please review our pricing page or fill out a booking form and we will get back to your ASAP.
Do attendees need to be on camera? No, not a requirement, but if anyone would like to show their face, we would love to see them!
Do attendees have to interact? No, it's up to your attendees and their comfort level on how much they want to interact. If they would like to just observe, that is perfectly fine with us!
Do I (the event coordinator) need to prepare anything? Once you book with us, it is up to you how/if you want to advertise to your organization. If needed, we provide an customized marketing package to make marking your upcoming event a breeze.
Do you provide recordings of the events? No, we do not record our events for the privacy of the attendees.
Can attendees ask questions/converse during the event? Absolutely! We have structure to our event, but our presenters always welcome interaction. We always provide time at the end of an open Q&A session as well.
Who are your presenters/subject matter experts? Our presenters are experts on the topic they're presenting on. We have a rigorous vetting and training program that ensures our presenters are effective, entertaining, and passionate.
